What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product. For most raw materials, our standard MOQ is 25 kg for samples and 500 kg-1 MT for regular orders. Some specialty items (e.g., plant growth regulators) are available from 1 kg. Contact us with your specific needs and we'll find the best solution.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes. We offer free samples (typically 100-500 g) for most products. Freight is collected or we can send via your courier account. For larger evaluation quantities (5-25 kg), we charge at cost. Every sample ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and technical data sheet.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders, Western Union for small orders, and PayPal for sample charges. Standard terms are 30% deposit with 70% balance against copy of B/L. Long-term partners may qualify for open account terms.
What is the typical lead time?
Most in-stock products ship within 5-7 working days after payment confirmation. Custom packaging or large-volume orders may require 10-15 working days. We maintain safety stock for popular items and can expedite urgent orders when possible.
What documentation do you provide?
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS), and technical data sheet. We also provide phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, and fumigation certificates as required by your country's import regulations.
